Warranty Policy

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Select Frontcover products with   icons are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. All returned items must be returned with tags and original packaging, or your product will be disqualified for a replacement. Please visit return shipping to subject your product for inspection.

The products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime.

We do not cover shipping costs for returned or replaced items. Please track your return through your chosen courier, as we are not liable for lost parcels.

 


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

Scratch marks caused from adjusting the leather strap is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.


Proof of purchase and photo of the products are required to process a warranty or repair request. The inspection may take up to 2 weeks, and once completed, you will be notified of the outcome. If the product is deemed defective, we will either repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please ensure that you:

1. Provide a clear copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
2. Include photos of the product, clearly showing any defects or issues.
3. Fill out the return request form with as much detail as possible.
4. Allow up to 2 weeks for the inspection process.
